Most freelancers know that feeling of spending too much time on a client who keeps asking questions, requesting revisions on proposals, and then going completely quiet. It wastes time that could have gone to someone who actually wants to hire you. The hard part is that it is not always easy to tell early on who is serious and who is just looking around. At what point do you decide to stop following up and move on to someone else?

I believe that there are a lot of clients on the internet so I don't have to keep chasing one of them that is not giving me attention or not serious about the project at hand. I simply focus on doing my old outreach to catch more client for myself instead of dwelling on one
