How do you see freelancers that charge below the market price?

There are some freelancers that don't charge what others charge. Personally, they just decide to be charging below. This doesn't make them a good or a bad freelancer. They may have what they are asking at. Some clients always see some of them as red flags. Why will you be charging below the market price? Others are indifferent while there are some that always believe that they are doing it for the humanity. What do you think about this?
