Most jobs come with a yearly review that tells you where you stand, but freelancing does not work that way. You are the one who has to decide if you are doing well or falling behind. Some people track income, others track client satisfaction, and some just go by how consistent their workload is. It makes sense to set your own benchmarks, but knowing which ones matter most is not always clear. How do you personally measure your own success as a freelancer?
