Ask How do you manage your digital files and documents efficiently?

When you work with many different people, you end up with hundreds of files and folders on your computer that can become very messy. I have found that giving every folder a clear name and saving everything on the internet makes it much easier to find what I need quickly. If you do not have a good system, you will waste too much time searching for old documents. What is your favorite way to arrange your folders so that your work stays neat and easy to find?
