I am dealing with a client who keeps changing the scope but refuses to pay extra. The brief was vague and now they expect more work for the same price. I am trying to stay professional but I feel taken advantage of. I am documenting every message and sending clear milestone breakdowns to protect myself. I am also asking for partial payment before continuing. I do not want bad reviews or burned bridges but I need respect too.
