Apologize when necessary, and explain how you will fix the issue. Avoid arguing with users online because it can harm your brand. I don't take it personally and see if there's any useful feedback I can actually use. If there is, I thank them and try to fix it. If it's just someone being mean or trolling, I usually ignore it or reply nicely without getting into it. Sometimes a little humor helps too. Honestly, I just try to stay positive and not let it stress me out because people notice how you handle yourself online, and staying cool always looks better than flipping out.
 
If someone gives real, helpful feedback, I'll reply nicely and see if I can fix whatever they're pointing out. But if it's just someone being rude or trolling, I usually ignore it. No point wasting energy arguing with strangers online. Sometimes I'll delete or block if it's really bad. I remind myself that one comment doesn't define me or my work.
 
When you are getting negative comments, it means you should be happy that you are getting attention online. However, in order not to damage your reputation, you need to make sure that you are working towards replying every negative comments say about you. Say the truth to gain trust.
 
Not every negative comment needs a long reply. Some situations get worse when too much back and forth starts in public. A simple answer that shows respect and then moving the conversation to private message can keep things under control. This also helps avoid turning a small issue into a big public drama that others keep watching.
