When a business gets a bad review online, the worst thing it can do is ignore it or reply with anger. The best approach is to respond calmly, acknowledge what the customer said, and offer to fix the problem. This shows other people reading the review that the business actually cares. A bad review handled well can sometimes do more good than a five-star review because it shows the human side of the business.
