I'm trying to figure out what to do when a member's subscription expires. I was thing make I send reminders before it happens? What's the best way to get them to renew without hurting them? I don't want to be too pushy, but I also don't want to lose them. Are discounts or special offers a good idea? Also, what if they don't respond, should I keep trying or just move on? I'd love to hear what has worked for others. How do you handle expired memberships and re-engagement?
