Some clients try to include unlimited revisions in the project terms, and it sounds harmless until the project stretches on much longer than expected. Every round of changes takes time, and if there is no limit, the work can go on forever without extra pay. Setting revision limits upfront protects your time, but some clients push back when you bring it up. It can feel like a negotiation before the real work even starts. How do you set these boundaries without making the client feel like you are being difficult?

You don't have to bother yourself about that if it happens that you have already set the number of revision before you go into the project. The only thing you can do is to inform the client that you only allow three revisions after finishing the project. That you can only do additional money just to help the client
