No matter how desperate you can be, there is no way you should fall for the clients that don't want to sign any contract with you. What that means is that clients, that doesn't want to agree to terms of payment are rbr ones that always refuse to sign contracts. You need to however let them know that you are not starting any job with them except they sign first. This will let you know if they really want you or mot.
