It is very common to meet a client who keeps adding new tasks to a project without offering to pay more money. This habit can ruin your schedule and make you lose interest in the work you are doing. I think it is better to have a written agreement that explains exactly what the price covers from the very first day. If they want more, they should be ready to pay extra.
