How do you deal with "ghosting" after a successful initial call?

There are some clients that can truly ghost your calls. Sometimes freelancers can make calls to these clients and they may not get replies from these clients. Freelancers don't need to be spamming or disturbing them when they discover that they have been ghosted. You may just try to reach out to them for like three days and more. And then move on if there is no any change from them. What do you think about this?
