I'm new to freelancing and trying to land my first few clients. I've heard a lot about the importance of writing a good proposal, but I'm not sure where to start. What should I include to make my proposal stand out?

What should I focus more on my skills, or is it better to highlight how I can solve the client's problem? Do I need to include a specific format, or can it be more casual?
