I'm new to freelancing and don't know how to write a proposal. I want to send one, but I'm not sure what to include.
Should I keep it short or explain everything in detail? Do I need to list my experience, or should I focus on the client's needs?
I also don't know how to set my price. Should I mention it upfront or wait until they ask?
Some freelancers say a proposal needs a personal touch. Others say templates work better. I don't want to sound too generic or too pushy.
