One of the things that does disturb the freelancers most of the times is the issue of getting money. They always get worried on how to get paid. They are always after how much they will be getting as freelancers and how long they will be getting the money. All these can be done and accessed but not on a ficed time. There are some people that don't take much time before they start while there are some that always take longer time before this happens to them.
