Recently I got started with affiliate marketing and I'm incorporating email Marketing for continuous follow up on the prospect and my leads.

I loaded my auto responder with series of contents which involves promotional message as well as value added content. But one thing I notice from the campaigns is that the click to rate is low.

I research about this analy discovered that most of the emails are landing into spam folder and reduce the open rate. I want to ask that how can I reduce the bound rate?

Next, make sure you're sending stuff people actually care about by splitting your audience into groups. Use a friendly "From" name and catchy subject lines so your emails don't feel sketchy. Check that your emails look good on phones and computers, and don't overload them with huge images or spammy words. Personalize your messages and make your calls-to-action super clear so people actually click. Little tweaks like these can really help your emails land in inboxes

One of the best ways to reduce bounce rate in email marketing is to keep your email list clean. Remove invalid or inactive addresses regularly, and use an email verification tool before sending campaigns. Also, make sure your emails are personalized and relevant, so people actually want to open them. Sending to engaged subscribers only really helps lower bounces and improves your sender reputation over time.

Another reason emails bounce or go to spam is because your list has invalid addresses or people who never agreed to receive your messages. If you bought an email list or added people without their permission, that will destroy your sender reputation fast. Only email people who actually signed up through your own forms or landing pages.

Make sure you have SPF, DKIM, and DMARC records set up correctly for your domain. These are authentication methods that prove your emails are actually coming from you and not some random server pretending to be you. If those are missing or configured wrong, your emails will almost always end up in spam.

Low click rates could mean your emails are reaching inboxes but people are not interested in what you are offering. Check if your subject lines match what is actually inside the email. If someone opens expecting one thing and sees something completely different, they will lose trust and ignore future emails.
