I started my freelance business few months ago and I have been improving on various aspect. Take for instance I have been improving on the customer satisfaction as some of them are giving me good reviews. Even allow me to use their reviews as testimony on my website which is a good thing. But there is one area which I am lacking and that is building good relationship with my existing client.
