I'm new to freelancing and want to make a good name for myself. I know reputation is important, but I don't know how to build it. I always deliver my work on time, but I still struggle to get repeat clients.

Do I need to ask for reviews? Should I offer discounts to first-time clients? I see other freelancers getting lots of recommendations, but I don't know how they do it. I want clients to trust me and refer me to others.

What's the best way to build a strong reputation in freelancing?
