There are some coaching program that are being handled by just only person. It may not be based on size. There are some big coaching program that is run as that as well. There may be many reasons for this. Some coaches may not want to pay for the services of other employment. While the tasks may not be thag cumbersome for other coaches, and they believe they can handle them effectively.

What's your take?

I start by setting clear goals with each person and check in often to see how they're doing. I use simple tools like my phone calendar and notes to keep track of sessions and progress. I like to keep things personal since everyone's different and needs their own style of guidance. Communication is super important, so I make sure people can reach me easily if they need help or advice.

There is nothing bad in running coach individually, especially if the task of running the program is not that cumbersome. However, if the process is taking too much time or energy, coaches should arrange for having more hands to make the works easier for the coach, and make it effective.

From there, I adjust my approach instead of sticking to a strict plan. I check in often, see what's working, and switch things up if something feels off. I like setting small, realistic goals so progress doesn't feel overwhelming. I stay organized but flexible, since life happens and plans change. Overall, I focus on keeping things supportive, honest, and comfortable,
so coaching feels more like a conversation than a formal process.

Running a big coaching center individually, to me, is not sustainable. There should be at least, some other hands that will be helping the coaches in delivering the activities. I see this as being selfish or not being considerate of the students. Because it may not be effective.

I really try to get what each person wants and where they struggle, so I can adjust sessions to fit them. I keep track of progress with simple check-ins and small wins, nothing too formal or stressful. I like to keep communication open, so people feel free to share what's going well or what's tough. Depending on the person, I mix things up. Overall, it's all about being supportive without pushing too hard and keeping things motivating
