I've felt disappointed after buying a domain. There was a time I got really excited about an idea and bought the domain immediately, but the project never took off. I held onto it for a couple of years, hoping I'd do something with it, but eventually, I let it expire. It felt like wasted money, but I learned to think more carefully before buying. Now, I ask myself: "Am I ready to commit to this idea right now?" If not, I wait.

Another reason for regret is buying too many domains at once. It feels like a good idea in the beginning, but managing or renewing them later becomes a problem. If they are not being used, it just turns into wasted money over time. Starting with one solid domain is usually smarter.
