It is not a big deal getting trust broken. Though care nust be taken not to let it be consistently. Trust can be broken by either the clients or even the coach. Any dimension that it may be, the best is finding different ways of getting it amended.

Broken relationship, if not handled can lead to the collapse of the coaching program, especially when the clients take side with the students.
