When people imagine freelancing, they often think about the freedom to set your own hours and choose your own projects. But after a few years of inconsistent income, last-minute cancellations, and clients who pay late, that picture looks a bit different. Some freelancers say the freedom still makes it worth it even with all the stress. Others quietly wish for the predictability of a regular salary. I am curious how people feel about this after they have been doing it long enough to see both sides clearly. Does the good still outweigh the bad for you?
