Does boosting a proposal with Connects guarantee a client view?

There is nothing bad in boosting your visibility. It makes your profile stays at where it can be seen easily by the clients. But this doesn't guarantee that your profiles will be checked by the clients. In fact some of them may not check your profiles despite being in the first role that should take much attention. One thing I can say is that it can give you an hedge to land a new client but it does not guarantee. You can boost your proposal with whatever you like but if it is not addressing the real issue facing by the client in their business they will definitely pass it by.
