Sending a proposal and then waiting is one of the most uncomfortable parts of freelancing. You do not want to seem desperate by following up too soon, but you also do not want to lose the job just because you stayed quiet too long. The timing and the tone of a follow-up can change everything. Some clients need a small nudge to make a decision. How soon do you follow up and what do you usually say?

You simply send them a follow-up message you reminding them of the proposal you sent and they are yes to reply your proposal. You just have to keep the message short and straightforward. Once you have done that two times then you need to move on to the next client and prospect.
