Ask Do you use AI agents to automate your community comment replies?

For the basic questions maybe, but I just can't leave everything in my community for AI agents to handle. People are very quick to detecting when reply didn't have any human touch. It's very annoying for members to ask a very serious question, then bot answering them like a school textbook. Thats how people lose interest. I prefer replying to those questions myself when discussion has become interesting because one small joke or local example can change the whole conversation for good. If AI helps organise things behind the scenes, that's not a problem at all.
