For me, I just treat AI like one friend that throws random ideas around, not my final writer. Sometimes it gives one angle that I had ever even think about, then I could rewrite everything with my own style and also give real life examples. If I copy everything word for word, my audience will notice that something has changed. They followed me because of how I normally gist, not because every sentence sounds so perfect. Even if AI suggests ten topics to me, I use my own experience to write.

You can use AI tools effectively for brainstorming if you don't see it as your engine or writer. What you do is to feed it 3-4 examples of your posts so it learns your tone, words, and vibe. Then ask for 20 raw angles, not finished captions. From it results you can pick few tips that align with your content and tone.
