Coaching programme can be done either one one one of in group. One may decide to join some other people that want to have the same training in order to form a group, while others may prefer to just do it alone.

Which one do you prefer? Some people always want to have one on one because they believe it is more effective compare to group coaching programme. While other may prefer group coaching programme because it ensures interaction between members.
 
I'm more into one-on-one coaching than group programs. It just feels way more personal and actually about me. I also like being able to ask whatever I want without worrying about holding anyone up or feeling awkward in front of a bunch of people. Don't get me wrong, group coaching can be fun and motivating since you get to see other people's experiences, but for me, having that one-on-one attention just works better
 
Actually, I prefer group coaching. With that, I can actually interact with other people that I don't know and share what I don't know with them as well. Another benefit of this is that it is somehow cheaper in price compared to the having a one one one coaching.
