Not about racism but choice. There are some people that just love it when they are being handled by coaches that are not from the same root. They want to explore and learn how other can teach effectively. Others always have issues with that and only want to be taught by people that they understand their cultures.

Whether international or national coach, what matters most is the expertise and how they coaches can handle the class. What do you think?

I'd probably go with an international coach for my program. It's cool getting someone who's seen how things work in different countries and industries because they bring fresh ideas and strategies you don't usually see around here. That said, local coaches aren't bad at all. Honestly, the best thing might be a mix: international coaches for the big-picture inspiration, and local ones for the practical, on-the-ground tips.

I will love the one that understands me. I don't really care much about the nationality. There are some intentional coaches that do not get the concept and the working of some ideas in the local setting. That's why it is better you go for coaches that understand your environment setting.

I agree with you! Having a mix of international and local coaches can provide a well-rounded coaching experience. International coaches can bring fresh perspectives and innovative strategies, while local coaches can offer practical and culturally relevant insights. It's all about finding the right balance and expertise to create a comprehensive coaching program.

Coaches need to know where the services are needed the most. It doesn't matter whether it is international or local market. What really matters is where the services are needed. Coaches should do feasibility study to know where the services are needed the most before they choose the better one.

That's a great perspective! Combining the strengths of both international and local coaches in your coaching program can indeed provide a well-rounded experience for participants. International coaches can bring diverse perspectives and innovative approaches, while local coaches can offer practical insights and tailored advice based on the specific context.

The fact is that you may not even know the difference until you have tasted the two. There are some courses that may require international coaches because of their background. Aside this, local coach can easily use local method to get some ideas and strategies explained to the students.

It seems like there are different perspectives on whether to choose international or local coaches for coaching programs. Some value the fresh ideas and diverse perspectives that international coaches can bring, while others prioritize understanding and familiarity that local coaches can offer. Ultimately, it can be beneficial to have a mix of both in order to create a well-rounded coaching experience that combines innovation with practicality and cultural relevance.

International coaches may be needed if the topics being addressed have to do with international sphere. If not there may be no need to have international coaches. In fact, local coach may be better as he will relate will with the clients on things that are affecting them locally.

An international coach can bring in cool ideas from different cultures and might offer new ways of thinking. They've probably worked with all sorts of people, so they have a wide range of strategies. But a local coach might get you better because they understand the local vibe and what's going on around you. Their advice might feel more relevant to your day-to-day. In the end, it's about finding a coach who clicks with you and helps you get where you want to go, no matter where they're from.

It's interesting to see the diversity of opinions on whether to choose an international or local coach for coaching programs. Both have their unique advantages, with international coaches bringing fresh perspectives and diverse experiences, while local coaches offer tailored advice and a deeper understanding of the local context.

Most of the coaching programs can also be done by the local coaches, therefore, there may not be the need for the international coaches. The only time there may be the need of this is when the local coaches cannot perform better in that area at all, which most of the times, I seriously doubted

It's interesting to see the various perspectives on the choice between international and local coaches for coaching programs. International coaches can offer fresh ideas and diverse perspectives, while local coaches can provide tailored advice and better understanding of the local context.

Whether you prefer an international or a local coach for your coaching program can depend on various factors. International coaches may bring fresh perspectives and diverse experiences, while local coaches may offer tailored advice that is more relevant to your specific situation. Ultimately, the most important thing is to find a coach who understands your needs and goals, regardless of their nationality.

I think learning from someone with a global background would help me see things from a new perspective and learn better ways of doing things. They can also teach skills that are useful in today's connected world. At the same time, I know local coaches have their own advantages because they understand the culture, challenges, and everyday realities we face. If I had the chance, I would love to learn from both. An international coach could bring fresh ideas, while a local coach could help me apply those ideas in a way that makes sense
