Do you always trust freelancers that over hype themselves as clients?

In freelancing, you must be good in marketing yourself to get new clients and maintain your existing ones. However, there should be limitation to the marketing. You should not over exaggerate what you cannot do just because you want to get new clients. There are some clients that are not always with people that over praise themselves.
