In order to be fair to those students that do not always assimilate on time, there may be a need to give them some special attention, at least for them to catch up. To some coaches, they don't really care about this. A student that needs a special attention may be asked to pay extra tuition.

What do you think? Do you think there should be special attention for those students that are less brilliant, on the side of the coaches?
 
It's essential to provide support and attention to students who may need extra help to catch up or understand the material in a group coaching program. Each student has unique learning needs, and it is the responsibility of the coach to ensure that all students have the opportunity to succeed.
 
There is nothing bad in doing this. In fact, it will be a way of rendering them help. Most people will challenges to understand can be given preferential treatment. However, that doesn't mean at the expense of the other students. You can as well pair them together to ensure joint collaboration.

Though all students should be given the same treatment. But if the less brilliant needs more support, I can render it to them but it will not be at the expense of the other students. I can arrange a special class for him or them after the class separately
 
I always try to give extra attention to students who might be struggling a bit or don't feel super confident. Everyone learns at their own speed, and sometimes the quieter or less "brilliant" ones just need a little nudge or extra explanation. I like to make the space chill and welcoming so nobody feels left out. Honestly, those students often have cool perspectives that make the discussions better, and with a bit of support, they can really shine

Why i understand the need to pay attention to some students, I don't like it if it is done at the expense of others. You need to make sure that all are treated equally. However, there is nothing bad in giving special treatment to some if they truly deserve it.
 
Some people pick things up super fast, others need a bit more time. If someone's struggling, yeah, I'll probably spend a little extra time with them, explain things in another way, or give them more examples. It's not about labels, it's just about making sure nobody feels stuck or left behind. At the same time, I also push the quick learners so they stay challenged and don't get bored. In the end, it's all about helping everyone grow from wherever they're starting
