Ask Do people care more about how fast a brand answers or how nice the answer is?

I think both matter, but not always in the same way. A fast reply shows respect for someone's time, while a warm and helpful reply shows the brand actually cares about solving the problem. A quick reply that feels cold can still leave a buyer unsatisfied. A slow reply that is kind and detailed might still leave a good impression. Which one do you think leaves a stronger mark on a buyer, speed or warmth?
