Ask Do most freelancers work more hours than they did in their previous jobs?

A lot of people leave regular jobs thinking freelancing will give them more free time. But from what I have seen, many end up working longer hours, especially in the beginning. There is always one more client to reach out to, one more task to finish. It does not always feel like freedom. Is this something you have experienced too?

Pointing I can say is that the work hour varies from one project to another. On one project you might have spent a lot of time on it before you complete it. And you may have another one of the same type in which you're going to spend less amount.
