Do gender play a vital role in freelancing success?

Just like any other schemes, it may be difficult to underplay the roles of gender. There are some clients that care so much about who handles their tasks. They don't give the tasks meant for women for men no matter how good that men can be and vice versa. While some clients believe that it is possible to have some tasks performed well by both the male and the females, other have tried to justify that it is better to give tasks meant for the male to the make and the female to the female.

I don't think gender play a role in freelance business except in some certain category. If you're talking about therapy and counseling women tends to be more professional than men because that is the area of expertise. The same thing is applicable to order categories in the freelance marketplace.
