Ask Do freelancers trust platform support teams?

Getting help from platform support can feel like talking to someone who is only reading from a script instead of really understanding the problem. Many freelancers share stories of long waits and answers that do not solve anything at all. This makes some people lose faith in support long before they even open a new ticket. Do you personally trust platform support teams to handle your problems fairly?

Most of the supporting don't usually attend to freelance situation within short period of time because they usually have a lot of request. There was a time I sent a dispute request to the support team of the freelance plan from I am using and it took them almost 30 days before they could reply me and I have discouraged before that time.
