Every time I send a report or raise a complaint on a freelance platform, I always wonder if a real person ever reads it or if everything just goes through an automated system that sends back a standard reply. Some responses feel so generic that it is hard to believe a human was involved. Freelance platforms handle thousands of users, so it makes sense that they would rely on automation for a lot of it. But that also means real problems sometimes get ignored or mishandled. Has anyone here ever felt like their report was actually read and taken seriously?
