Customers today seem to expect a lot more honesty from brands compared to a few years back, and social media has made it much easier to spot when a brand is not being truthful. People now check reviews, ask questions, and call out companies that hide information or make false claims. Brands that admit mistakes and explain their decisions openly tend to earn more loyalty than those that stay silent or give vague answers. Do you think transparency matters more to customers now?
 
Yes client value transparency more than ever before because they have been scammed several times in the past. Everybody wants to get value for the service they offer in the marketplace therefore they are very concerned about the transparency. They want to have control over the amount they are spending in the freelance marketplace
