Ask Can I use interactive polls to improve a membership site?

I'm looking for ways to make my membership site more engaging. I heard that interactive polls might help, but I'm not sure how to use them. Can they improve member experience, or are they just a fun extra? Should I use them to get feedback, guide content, or something else? I also don't know how often to run them or what kinds of questions to ask. I don't want members to ignore them or feel annoyed. If you've used polls before, can they really improve a membership site?
