As a client, how do you express your dissatisfaction on freelancing platforms?

Not all the time that freelancing will be getting good rating. There are some times that they will disappoint. Clients should have ways by which they will express their dissatisfaction as well. Some any be polite, and will only private chat the freelancers. They may even pay befoee expressing themselves. Others may be so harsh. They don't mind rating the freelancers so low.
