There is nothing bad in maintaining relationship with your clients after you must have completed their works. However you just be carefully in doing this. Make sure that you are not trespassing. If they don't extend relationship hand, don't ask for one. And while in relationship, respect them and their opinions. You don't need to be talking or asking about their personal lifestyles.
