Ask Are Upwork's changing rules creating uncertainty for freelancers?

Upwork seems to update its rules and policies quite often, and many freelancers say they struggle to keep up with what is allowed and what is not at any given time. Just when someone gets used to a certain way of doing things, another change comes and forces them to adjust again. This constant shifting can make it hard for freelancers to plan their work with confidence. Do you feel these frequent rule changes create real uncertainty for freelancers?

I will say yes to some extent because most of the freelance who are just getting started on the platform are founding in difficult to make money. This is something we all need to look at very well especially those of us that we are freelance. I wish there could be three more platforms like that
