Lately it feels like clients mostly see proposals from people who paid extra to boost them. Freelancers who cannot afford to boost their proposals often get pushed down the list, even when their skills and experience are much better than others. This makes the whole process feel unfair to hardworking freelancers who are just starting out and trying to build their name on the platform. Do you think paid boosts are truly changing who wins jobs on Upwork these days?

One thing I can say is that it all boys down to expertise. A person can have or make use of paid boost to win the contract or project but if the expertise is not there it is going to expose over the time. But when you combine the expertise together with paid boost you would definitely make a lot of money.
