Ask Should Upwork reward quality proposals instead of paid boosts?

A proposal written with real effort and understanding of the client's needs should count for more than one that simply pays extra money to appear on top of the list. Paid boosts can make the playing field feel unfair, especially for freelancers who write thoughtful proposals but cannot afford to boost them. Rewarding quality over payment might bring back more trust and fairness to the whole bidding process. Do you think Upwork should consider changing this system soon?

I think the platform will Focus more on paid boost because that is how they are making extra income to sustain the platform and profit. One thing you should know is that this platform has grown to the extent that they announcing freelance as liquidity turn to cash with new updates
