I feel a bit stuck on navigation design right now. I looked at different online stores and noticed many of them use collapsible menus. I cannot tell if that makes things easier or just more complicated.
I built a small demo store with several product categories. I used a simple menu that lists everything in one place. It looks fine at first, although the list feels long when I scroll through it.
Now I am wondering if I should switch to a collapsible menu. I keep thinking about how customers will move around the store. Can collapsible menus improve browsing for stores with many categories?
