1 Minimum 7–8 Follow up use automation softwares for that and if the don't reply put them at long term nurture campaign

2. Subject line must be Short and not Salesy eg. Hey {Name} Number Changed ? And then in email tell we tried to contact you but we didn't reach ( use this when they have filled a form and are in your funnel not in cold outreach)

Or Hey {Name } I saw you . ( Then in email I saw you struggling with your business or lead management etc )

And your message must be short a person can see it and in few sec he should have a idea of what your offer is
