There is a common feeling among newer designers that Dribbble mostly rewards people who are already established, and that getting traction without an existing following is almost impossible. The platform looks beautiful, but the engagement can feel one-sided when you are posting great work and barely getting any views. I have wondered whether Dribbble is worth the time investment for someone still building their reputation, or if the effort is better spent elsewhere. Has Dribbble actually helped you get clients or grow your career when you were still a lesser-known designer?
