Will the demand for freelancing services ever decrease?

Nothing is static. So I won't be surprised if the demand for freelancing services reduces but it doesn't mean that it will continue declining or fade away. The introduction of artificial intelligence tools have truly affected the demand truly. However, this doesn't mean that people don't still demand for freelancing services. Businesses always need extra hands but they might stop hiring freelancers if the prices become too high. When companies want to save money, they look for cheaper ways to get work done. If AI starts doing most basic tasks, many people will definitely struggle to find new jobs online very soon.

Many people are moving to freelance work because it is easy to start from home. This means too many workers are fighting for the same few jobs every day. If the market gets too full, the pay will drop and many freelancers will just quit to find regular office jobs.
