Why is the same strategies not working for different freelancers?

For the fact that you are using the same strategies as freelancers doesn't mean that you will get the same results. There are different factors that make it possible for the freelancers to get different results. The first is that clients may differ. They may not be be approaching you the same way they approach the other freelancers. Apart from this, what other reasons or factors do you think that can cause different results.
