Why is freelancing still so underrated in some countries?

There are some countries that are not even taken so serious freelancing at all. They don't rate it. Majority of them do not always like it when they give tasks to people that they cannot see. They love it when they can see who they are relating with. This means one of the reasons why these countries don't really like freelancing is that they don't really have much knowledge on the importance of freelancing.

Freelance will be underrated in some countries that has efficient system cater for everybody. The majority of the people in the freelance world can be found from the second and third world countries. These people have weak economy and they will always look for ways to make extra income so they develop interest in freelance because it gives them what they want
