There are some people that know much about freelancing but yet not attempting it. I know a friend of mine that always teach others how to excel in freelancing. Unfortunately, or fortunately, he's not into freelancing. Sometimes I wonder why some people will know much about a particular scheme only for them not to be involving in it.
