Many business owners have given the excuse that making use of artificial intelligence have really affected their businesses. For instance, it has made their workers redundant, making it difficult for them to perform maximally.

There are other negative impact which include the fact they most of the artificial intelligence tools are very expensive and not within the reach of the business owners.

It just seems kind of overwhelming with all the tools out there, and I'm not sure where to start without wasting time or money. For now, I stick to what I know works like talking to people directly and doing things hands-on. That said, I'm definitely curious about AI and how it could make life easier, like handling boring tasks or keeping customers happy. I just haven't jumped in yet because I want to figure out the right way to use it without losing the personal touch.

Most business owners always like it when their customers have the human feelings rather than the artificial ones. They always assume that artificial intelligence cannot handle some certain parts for the business just like human will handle it, making it very difficult for the business owners to make use of it.

There's just so much to handle already so it's easy to stick with what we know. Plus, AI can be kinda confusing and sometimes pricey, so we didn't want to jump in blindly. That said, we're starting to poke around with simple stuff, like automating boring tasks or checking out customer trends, just to save time and make life easier.
